On 18 May 2011, Hilong Holdings Limited won the drilling equipment tender of China Petrochemical Corporation (“Sinopec”) including drill pipes, heavyweight drill pipes and drill collars. The Company has signed a framework agreement valid from 1 June 2011 to 31 May 2012. By securing this tender, the Company has once again become the preferred supplier to Sinopec. In addition, winning of this tender further strengthened Hilong’s leadership in China market, while solidifying close partnership with Sinopec.
