In May 2011, the 50672 drilling team of Chuanqing Drilling & Exploration Corp has completed the drilling activity at the Su5-3-16H1 well located at the Sulige gas field. The four-inch drill pipe designed by Hilong Holdings Limited has been used in the drilling. After completion of the drilling, the horizontal section of the drill well reached 2606 meters long, setting a record for the longest onshore horizontal drilling well in China. This achievement has once again demonstrated in action the outstanding performance and leading technology of Hilong’s drill pipe products.
